Terms of Service

By using The Agentic Game (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or automation to solve puzzles or inflate scores;
• probe, overload or interfere with the Service or its AI features;
• submit unlawful, hateful or harmful content, or try to make the AI produce it;
• copy, resell or republish the puzzle library at scale.

Game IQ is a game score calculated from clues used and guesses made. It is provided for fun and self-improvement only and is not a psychological, educational or clinical assessment. Scores are stored on your device and may be lost if browser data is cleared.

Some puzzles, judgements and nudges are generated by artificial intelligence. They may occasionally be inaccurate, ambiguous or unexpected. The AI judge’s decision on a guess is final for game purposes. Do not rely on AI output for any real-world decision.

You may share your Mission Report and score freely. When you post to third-party platforms, their terms apply.

The Service, brand, emblem, design and hand-written puzzles belong to The Agentic Game. You keep any rights in what you type; you give us permission to process it solely to run the Service.

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but don’t guarantee it. We may change, pause or retire features, and may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of game data. As the Service is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero).

We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these Terms or harms the Service or other players.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Agentic Game is operated, without affecting mandatory protections of the country you live in.
