The Agentic Game (“we”, “us”) is an online puzzle game available at theagenticgame.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you play. It is written to meet the transparency standards of the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and comparable laws.

• Game progress: Game IQ, puzzle results, clues used, a random agent ID. Stored in your browser’s local storage on your device.
• Gameplay text: when you submit a guess, ask for a nudge or request a new puzzle, the puzzle content and your guess are sent to our server to produce a response.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, precise location or contacts.

• To run the game and show your score (performance of the service you requested).
• To judge guesses and create puzzles using AI (performance of the service).
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

AI features are provided through an AI gateway acting as our processor. Only puzzle text and your guess are sent; please don’t type personal information as a guess. We don’t use your input to build profiles, and we don’t store your guesses on our servers.

We use browser local storage strictly to remember your game progress. It is essential to the feature you use, is never shared and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Service providers (hosting, AI gateway) process data only on our instructions. When you share a Mission Report, you choose what to post and where.

Game progress stays on your device until you reset it or clear your browser data. Server request logs are kept briefly for security and then deleted.

Depending on where you live, you can access, export, correct or delete your information, and object to or restrict processing. Because your data lives on your device, you can exercise these yourself, instantly:

• Access / export: “Download my data” in the Help centre.
• Delete: “Reset my progress” in the Help centre, or clear site data in your browser.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, they rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site before they take effect.
